WeChat Pay orders

WeChat Pay orders are collected directly by the website operator in CNY. Monthly passes, annual passes and credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Annual passes are paid in full, with membership credits granted monthly. References to Creem as merchant of record, recurring billing and the Creem customer portal apply only to Creem orders. We send the merchant order number, product description and amount to WeChat Pay and grant access after verified payment confirmation. For a WeChat refund request, contact ekornstudios@gmail.com with your website order number.

Operator and personal information handler

The service operator and personal information handler is Beijing Yikang Game Studio, trading under the brand and service name “ekorn studios”.

Information we collect

This may include your account email, login and security logs, device and basic network information, purchase and subscription identifiers, credit and task ledgers, uploaded files, processing settings, generated results, download records, and information you send to support. Creem processes payment-card data; we do not store complete card numbers.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to create accounts, perform contracts, provide atomic billing and refunds, deliver results, manage payments and subscriptions, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, meet legal obligations, and—with consent—send service messages. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international processing

Necessary data may be shared with cloud storage, model processing, email, security monitoring, and payment providers, including Creem. They may process data only under contract and our instructions. Where data crosses borders, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention and security

Account, payment, and ledger records are kept as needed for contracts, tax, fraud prevention, and disputes. Task files and results follow the retention policy shown in the product. After account deletion, non-required data is deleted or anonymized; legally required transaction records are isolated. We use access controls, encryption in transit, signature verification, and idempotent ledgers, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can export account data or request deletion from the Data & Account page. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, consent withdrawal, or to make a complaint. We may verify your identity to protect the account.

Children

The service is not intended for children below the age at which they may independently consent to digital services in their region. A guardian may contact us to remove information submitted without authorization.

Acceptable Use Policy

Before AI image generation, prompt text is sent to Creem for content screening. Review may block a request; if review is unavailable, generation does not start and no task credits are charged.

Ekorn studios is an independent creative workspace that integrates third-party AI models and processing services. Named model providers are integrations; they do not endorse or operate this product.
