WeChat Pay orders

WeChat Pay orders are collected directly by the website operator in CNY. Monthly passes, annual passes and credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Annual passes are paid in full, with membership credits granted monthly. References to Creem as merchant of record, recurring billing and the Creem customer portal apply only to Creem orders. We send the merchant order number, product description and amount to WeChat Pay and grant access after verified payment confirmation. 1. Service, operator, and scope

This service is operated by Beijing Yikang Game Studio, trading under the brand and service name “ekorn studios”. We provide digital production tools for image generation, 3D model generation and processing, UVs, textures, optimization, and export. By submitting a task, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the billing rules shown on the relevant page.

2. Account and security

You must provide a working email address and protect your verification codes, sessions, and downloads. You may not share an account for fraud, billing circumvention, service disruption, automated abuse, or infringement. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate abnormal or high-risk activity.

3. Credits, tasks, and results

Credits are deducted when the server starts a task, automatically returned when the task fails, and permanently recorded after success. Idempotency identifiers prevent duplicate charges and refunds. Expiration and consumption order for plan and add-on credits follow the purchase page and account ledger.

4. User content and intellectual property

You retain rights in lawful uploads and generated results you may legally own, and grant us permission to process them only to provide, maintain, and protect the service. You confirm that you hold the required rights and will not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized personal data. Third-party models and services may have separate license terms.

5. Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or fitness of every result for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

6. Changes, termination, and disputes

Material changes will be announced on the website or in your account. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through support. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable Use Policy

Do not generate or upload NSFW, explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, deceptive impersonation, face-swap or deepfake content, or material that promotes violence, exploitation, fraud or other illegal harm. Respect intellectual property and privacy rights. We may reject requests and restrict abusive accounts.

Ekorn studios is an independent creative workspace that integrates third-party AI models and processing services. Named model providers are integrations; they do not endorse or operate this product.
