Subscription and Auto-Renewal Disclosure

WeChat Pay orders
WeChat Pay orders are collected directly by the website operator in CNY. Monthly passes, annual passes and credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Annual passes are paid in full, with membership credits granted monthly. References to Creem as merchant of record, recurring billing and the Creem customer portal apply only to Creem orders. We send the merchant order number, product description and amount to WeChat Pay and grant access after verified payment confirmation. Billing cycle
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year. The plan, term, currency, and payable amount appear before checkout; taxes and the final amount are shown by Creem. By purchasing, you authorize Creem to charge the saved payment method on each renewal date until cancellation.
Credit allocation
Monthly plans grant plan credits after each successful billing cycle. Annual-plan credits refresh monthly as described on the pricing page. Add-on credits are one-time purchases, do not upgrade a plan, and do not renew automatically. Server ledgers control task charges, failure refunds, and balances.
Upgrades, pauses, and recovery
Plan changes and subscription pauses are not currently offered in this release. Use subscription management to cancel automatic renewal or update payment details. Contact support for other billing changes.
Cancellation and expiration
Open Creem management from the account center to cancel. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and stops the next automatic charge. Refunds and chargebacks follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
